FTL Expands Into More California Cities In 2019

With each passing year, it appears that more and more Americans are struggling to make ends meet, and the cause of this may be that many are less financially literate than they need to be. However, with April being Financial Literacy Month, it is more important now than ever to spread awareness of how to properly keep track of money and finances in a healthy way that supports any lifestyle.

California remains one of the most affected states in terms of gas price increases. They are currently in a streak of seeing eight weeks of continuously increasing prices, where the average for a gallon of gas is now $3.80. Being a necessary product for most cars, these increases hit the vast majority of Californians and simultaneously expand the financial burden that many may not have been ready to take.

Victoria Ligon, Program Manager at the Take Charge America Institute, states, “The most concrete and helpful advice is to start thinking about spending less than you earn, so really keeping tabs on what you’re earning and paying attention to what you’re spending so that you’re never exceeding that amount.” Unfortunately, this advice may have come too late for several families.

However, for those living in California who need financial aid, not all hope is lost. As seen on Digital Journal, the Family Title Loans (FTL) company has expanded into California’s cities and now focuses on scholarships and the financial needs of college students. James Hall, the Director of Operations at FTL recognizes that, “trying to find money to send a child to college while also planning for retirement is challenging,” especially as costs in California only seem to rise—from housing, energy, and medical services, to daycares and goods.

It is never too late for anyone to begin planning their finances. While there are college 529 plans, more and more students still find themselves unable to pay college tuition. Prices for Harvard and other Ivy League schools rise to over $70,000 a year, with even state schools like the University of Alabama nearing $50,000 a year. Even worse, the amount of financial aid that most students receive is only around $10,000 a year, not nearly enough to qualify. Grants are given to those from low-income families, leaving the middle class to mostly deal with the struggle on their own.

Those interested may visit Press Advantage to view the benefits that FTL can offer them. According to the FTL website, it is possible to receive financial aid for up to $50,000 in fifteen minutes after filling out basic information about the applicant’s cars. Clients, even those who do not have perfect credit scores, can still keep their vehicles and not have to worry about any up-front fees. In addition, it is possible to pay off loans early with no penalty when dealing with this company. Currently, they have over 300 locations in California alone.

FTL is proud of their share of content customers. One testimony from Dan Hernadez reads, “I was really surprised at the amount of money I received from my loan on my truck’s title! The process here is really painless, and I was approved in about five minutes and was able to pick up the money the same day.” Tamika Bennet also states, “I had to pay my property taxes and couldn’t get a personal loan from the bank, so I found FTL online and they were able to get me approved fast for a car title loan on my Toyota Camry. Thanks FTL!” A third review by Arin Riley states, “My friends had told me about FTL’s services and when I was short on cash, I thought I would give it a chance. I was glad I did, as one of their licensed vendors got me the money I needed the same day!”

One recurring theme is the speed with which the FTL company can satisfy the needs of their clients. This is particularly beneficial, considering that financial assistance is often required in dire times. Having an easy way to gain access to money is simply one way to ease some of the stress off worried clients.
