Personal Injury Lawyers Celebrate 17 Years Practicing Law in Western Australia

Bradford Legal, an injury compensation firm based out of Perth, Western Australia, is proud to announce that the firm has been celebrating 17 years of helping the citizens of Perth and the surrounding areas get proper compensation for their injuries. Representatives for the firm say they are extremely proud to have been going strong for so long, and hope to provide many more years of service to Western Australia. The firm can be found at https://www.bradfordlegal.com.au/.

The firm was initially founded in 1991 as Bradford & Co., specializing in personal injury, and the firm's initial success only rose from there. After establishing themselves in Western Australia, the firm brought on Angus Castley and Tim Heard in July of 2013 to become incorporated as Bradford Legal.

A representative from the firm says, "We were very excited to bring Angus and Tim onboard as partners, and they still continue to do exceptional work. Each has an extensive knowledge of the law and really helped to expand our focus on different kinds of injury cases. Both are hardworking lawyers who go to bat for their clients."

Castley joined the firm in January of 1992 after obtaining his Bachelor of Economics degree from University of Western Australia. After helping as a paralegal specializing in workers' compensation claims, he was declared a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in December of 1999. Along with his experience with workers' comp claims, he also specializes in insurance policy disputes, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability claims, appearing in a variety of court systems.

Before joining the firm in 1997, Heard began practicing personal injury law after graduation from the University of Western Australia in 1990. His experience includes bicycle accidents, product liability accidents, workers' compensation cases, dog bite claims, motorcycle accidents, public liability accidents, and motor vehicle accidents. His experience in these areas has created a successful record in both the District and Supreme Courts of Western Australia.

"What really sets us apart from your typical personal injury law form is that we really listen to our clients," the representative says. "We firmly believe that a down-to-earth approach for our clients helps them feel comfortable so they can trust us to get the job done. It's understandable people might not want to go through the legal process when they are injured but they are entitled to get the money they deserve and we're here to help."

One of the firm's most popular aspects of their practice are motor vehicle injury claims, which can be seen at their website at https://www.bradfordlegal.com.au/motor-vehicle-injury-claim/. The firm says that with the advent of smartphones, distracted driving in Western Australia has skyrocketed, and people may be afraid to attempt to file a claim if the accident was partly their fault.

"Negligence can cause injuries for all people involved in a motor accident," the representative states. "You shouldn't be afraid to make a claim and talk to us about your options, even if you were partly responsible. If you've been injured you can still get compensated for being hurt. In fact, if you're unsure about your case, your first consultation with us is absolutely free. We will take as much time as possible in order to give you the right advice, and if you decide you don't want to proceed with the case, you are under no obligations."

The firm has also produced stellar reviews online. Petra F. on Facebook said about the firm, "I dealt with Tim and his team when he helped my parents after a very serious car accident. Tim was very friendly, helpful and professional. He made a very complicated matter become very stress free. My parents and I were very happy with the service we received from Tim and all of his staff."
