SEATTLE - Oct. 8, 2018 - PRLog -- NutriStyle, Inc. announced today it has partnered with three health and wellness companies to offer a non-profit nutrition education program in 11 states in the Midwestern United States. The program, Healthier Heartland, will provide community-based nutrition education in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. NutriStyle's program partners include Building Healthier America, Chef Marshall O'Brien Group, and mPower Health, Inc.
The program will be delivered primarily online via a platform supported by local and national program partners. In addition to NutriStyle's cloud-based nutrition software application, which generates clinical grade meal plans for individuals and families, program elements may include: classroom curricula for K-12 instructors; registered dietitian classroom talks; farm-to-table education and guided tours; grocery shopping education and guided tours; cooking instruction; healthy eating discount programs; youth program sponsorships; and an electronic medical records repository.
