STATION PARK ANNOUNCES NEW AND RELEVANT NATIONAL AND LOCAL BRAND PARTNERS

The Specialty Retail and Dining Complex Focuses on Meeting the Changing Needs of Surrounding Communities by Welcoming Retailers Such as Sephora and Best Buy

Station Park, the unique and preeminent specialty retail, dining, office and community-oriented complex, is excited to welcome several new retailers to the development located 15 miles north of downtown Salt Lake City. The new national and local brands will replace retailers that are leaving Station Park because of nationwide store closures.

“Because the retail industry is constantly reinventing itself, new concepts continuously rise up to take the place of those tenants who did not stand the test of time. Today these new concepts want to be located where customers and visitors are attracted for many different reasons,” notes Chris Byers, senior vice president of leasing, CenterCal Properties. “Our new partners have found that special place at Station Park.”

It is notable that national retailer Best Buy chose Station Park as the location for its first new brick-and-mortar store in seven years, which will open for this coming holiday season. Additionally, Sephora, one of the finest and most exciting retailers in America today, will open a new flagship store at Station Park this year as well.

In total, nine new retailers have chosen to join Station Park to become a part of Davis County’s newest gathering place:

  • Sleep Number - Opened June 2018
  • SportsClips - Opened July 2018
  • Kepen Tea - Opening July 2018
  • Last Course Dessert Studio - Opening July 2018
  • Sprint - Opening July 2018
  • Waffled - Opening August 2018
  • Best Buy - Opening October 2018
  • Jersey Mike's Subs - Opening October 2018
  • Sephora - Opening October 2018

“At Station Park, we work closely with our tenant partners to offer competitive leasing, beautiful facilities and support to bolster the company’s success and mission. Ultimately, this cultivates an atmosphere that brings people together,” said David Anderson, general manager of Station Park.

Since its opening four years ago, Station Park has brought more than 100 businesses to Davis County and communities that surround it. Station Park is comprised of more than 900,000 square feet of retail, dining and office space. Upon completion of the final phase, Station Park will comprise a total of 1.2 million square feet of space.

“At CenterCal and Station Park, we are committed to creating the best place possible and to providing the best tenant mix for our community,” said Fred Bruning, CEO, CenterCal Properties. “As tastes and desires change, and new tenants enter the retail landscape, they will always find their perfect home at Station Park, where placemaking and the best tenants go hand in hand.”
