Kimberly-Clark using tax savings to help pay for job cuts, shareholder returns

Kimberly-Clark said it will use some of the money it will save on taxes to help cover the charges resulting from cutting up to 5,500 jobs, while continuing to reward shareholders by raising its dividend and repurchasing shares.
