EWV Makes Bullish Cross Above Critical Moving Average

In trading on Thursday, shares of the Proshares UltraShort MSCI Japan ETF (EWV) crossed above their 200 day moving average of $35.15, changing hands as high as $35.17 per share. Proshares UltraShort MSCI Japan shares are currently trading up about 3.1% on the day.
