2024 ERC Claims Eligibility & Application Support Services For SMEs Announced

Heros ERTC has updated its employee retention credit (ERC) eligibility and application support services to help more U.S. employers check if they qualify for rebates under the program.

Though the ERC program has ended, there are still several billions in unclaimed rebates. With its latest update, Heros ERTC is seeking to help more business owners, especially those affected by the pandemic who don’t know they may be eligible, retroactively file and claim these tax credits for keeping their employees on the payroll during the pandemic.

The new eligibility assessment and application program from Heros ERTC is available to all U.S. businesses, with at least 3 W-2 employees, and comes with no initial cost or obligation. Qualified businesses can receive up to $26,000 per employee for eligible wages and healthcare costs incurred after March 12, 2020, and before October 1st, 2021.

Launched under the CARES Act, the ERC program was intended to offer financial relief to employers affected by the pandemic and help them stay afloat. However, many businesses could not benefit from this initiative due to misconceptions about eligibility and the complex application process.

As Heros ERTC explains, businesses that received funding under the Payroll Protection Program may also qualify for tax rebates. These refunds, the firm notes, don’t come with any restrictions; they are non-repayable and are not loans.

To begin the claims process, employers are encouraged to complete a short questionnaire, which is found on Heros ERTC's website. Once done, the firm’s CPA professionals will review the information provided to determine if the employer qualifies and how much the IRS may owe them.

The ERTC specialists will complete the paperwork and apply on behalf of the client, if they qualify, and will also provide IRS audit-proofed documentation so they can confidently defend their claims should the IRS request such. These services are offered on a contingency fee basis, meaning clients are not billed until they receive their rebates.

Heros ERTC has helped many businesses successfully claim their tax credits under the ERTC program, including a restaurant ownership group in Florida that received over $1.1 million in rebates.
