Bash brings nearly three decades of health care and nonprofit managerial experience to her role
Inspira Health today announced the promotion of Ruth K. Bash, MPA, FACHE, to the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer, effective February 2, 2025. Bash will lead the development and implementation of strategies, systems, and initiatives that enhance the overall healthcare experience at Inspira through her new executive role.

With nearly three decades of experience in health care and nonprofit management, Bash brings invaluable insights and skills to propel Inspira’s mission in providing compassionate care and keeping both employees and patients at the center of the organization. As SVP & Chief Experience Officer, she will focus on patient and family engagement, workforce experience, quality improvements within clinical processes, and communication and advocacy for a high-quality patient experience on behalf of Inspira.

Since joining Inspira Health in December 2022 as System Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Bash has nurtured and enhanced the organization’s joint ventures to broaden access to health care in the community. Bash has been essential in managing significant partnerships for Inspira such as Bayada, DaVita, and Nemours, as well as securing joint ventures with partners including AMI @ Inspira and more. Her leadership further extends across our organization as she oversees Inspira’s Operations Consulting Group and serves as Executive Sponsor for Schwartz Center Rounds and Workplace Belonging.

Bash serves on the Advisory Board of the Rutgers Institute for Women in Leadership and on the Board of Trustees of Matheny Medical and Educational Center. In addition, Bash is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is immediate past Regent for the NJ-Northern Region.
Bash received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and economics from Brown University and her Master of Public Administration, with a concentration in health policy and management, from New York University.
