Transition Industries Announces New Senior Management Position, Further Strengthening Position Ahead of Growth

Transition Industries LLC, based in Houston, TX, today announced an appointment to its executive management team to bolster its industry experience as the company prepares for its next phase of growth. Methanol industry veteran Michael Radermacher has been appointed as Head of Marketing, responsible for methanol offtake and marketing.

Mr. Radermacher brings over 40 years of global experience spanning chemical manufacturing, procurement and marketing; petrochemical, gas chemical and coal trading; natural gas transportation and marketing; NYMEX trading; and most recently, renewable fuels manufacturing and trading. At Transition Industries, Mr. Radermacher is responsible for all methanol marketing and trading matters, including sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and executing both long-term and short-term methanol offtake agreements with world-class customers as well as market activities to optimize netbacks and mitigate risk.

Transition Industries is jointly developing the Pacifico Mexinol project, a 6,145 MT per day ultra-low carbon methanol production facility in the Ahome Municipality of Sinaloa, Mexico, with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group. Pacifico Mexinol is expected to break ground in early 2025 and begin commercial operations in 2028.
