     On October 21, 2008, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, its operating results for the second quarter ended September 27, 2008, as well as estimated comparable store sales and diluted earnings per share for both the third quarter and full year of fiscal 2009.
