Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 14, 2008, Emerson Radio Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release
pursuant to which the Company announced that one of its major suppliers had closed its
manufacturing operations in the Peoples Republic of China and is not expected to reopen.

8-K.
