Announcement Regarding the Capital Increase in Turktell Uluslararası Yatırım Holding A.S.

Subject: Statement made pursuant to Communique II-15.1 of the Capital Markets Board


At the General Assembly of our 100% owned subsidiary Turktell Uluslararası Yatırım Holding A.S. convened on June 27, 2014, it was decided to increase its capital by TRY 12,139,753 to TRY 1,434,765,734.

In accordance with this decision, one fourth of the raised capital is paid, while the remaining part will be paid in within the period defined by the legislation.
