INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT
Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: SHIP) announced today that the NASDAQ Stock Market ("NASDAQ") has approved the Company's request to transfer its stock listing from the NASDAQ Global Market to the NASDAQ Capital Market, effective with the opening of the market on December 21, 2012, and the Company's common stock continues to trade under the symbol "SHIP". Since the effective date of this transfer, the Company is in compliance with the minimum Market Value of Publicly Held Shares requirement under NASDAQ Listing Rule 5550(a)(5), and this matter is now closed. The NASDAQ Capital Market is one of the three markets for NASDAQ-listed shares and operates in the same manner as the NASDAQ Global Market.
