On March 31, 2009, Arotech Corporation (the “Registrant”) publicly disseminated a press release (the “Release”) in respect of the denial of the Registrant’s motion to dismiss as a matter of law the class action case brought against it in Federal District Court for the Eastern District of New York . A copy of the Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
