On February 7, 2008, the Board of Directors of Wolverine World Wide, Inc. (the "Company") appointed William K. Gerber to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Gerber has not been appointed to serve on any committees of the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Gerber will receive standard director compensation.
