On April 13, 2006, Buckeye Technologies Inc. issued a press release announcing revisions in the previously announced conference call filed on Form 8-K April 6, 2006. The conference call for third quarter results is now scheduled for Thursday, April 27, 2006 at 8:15 a.m. CD. In addition to the date and time change, the call-in telephone numbers have changed. A copy of the press release is attached as exhibit 99.1.
