Item 8.01 Other Events

     On November 21, 2006, the Registrant issued a press release regarding an agreement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency establishing a precautionary interim screening level for PFOA in drinking water sources around the DuPont Washington Works site.

     A copy of the press release dated November 21, 2006 describing this item is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
