These shades, which allow users to control the amount of light and glare coming into the aircraft cabin, are reported to be currently flying on various aircraft including Qantas' Airbus A380. In their February 2009 issue, Travel and Leisure magazine described these windows that give passengers and flight crews more control over their cabin environment as follows: "The most extravagant detail of all, however, isn't in the first-class cabin itself, but in its bathrooms. They are large, with an expansive sink and counter, and there's a window. When you walk in, the window... appears to be translucent... When you lock the door it transforms, as if by magic, into a transparent surface." More details (the text of which is included herewith as an exhibit) were provided on April 1, 2008 on Research Frontiers www.SmartGlass.com website.
