Item 5.02. | Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. |
Mercedes Johnson and Lawrence Mondry have indicated that they will be resigning from the Board of Directors of Micron Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) immediately prior to the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders on January 17, 2019. As a result, they will not be standing for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors. Neither resignation was the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board of Directors on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
