Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On May 13, 2015, Murphy Oil Corporation amended Article III, Section 2 of its By-Laws to change the number of directors from thirteen to twelve effective May 13, 2015.
