Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 1, 2010, Mark E. Konen, President, Insurance and Retirement Solutions, adopted a stock trading plan in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The 10b5-1 plan provides for the sale of up to 11,000 shares of common stock of the Company in various amounts and at prices ranging from $30 to $38 per share beginning on October 1, 2010 and ending September 30, 2011, unless the plan is terminated prior to that date.
