On August
12, 2008, Rosetta Resources Inc. (the "Company") released a presentation for
Enercom's Oil and Gas Conference held in Denver, Colorado. In a previous press
release dated August 7, 2008, the Company announced that President and Chief
Executive Officer, Randy L. Limbacher, will present the attached
presentation on August 12, 2008 at 4:25 p.m. Mountain Time, 5:25 p.m.
Central Time. A copy of the presentation can be found on the Company's website
under the tab "Investor Relations".

presentation is attached to this current report as Exhibit
