Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Education Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) intends to present an overview of the Company (the "2017 BAML Conference Presentation") at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2017 Global Real Estate Conference, which will be held September 12-13, 2017 in New York, New York. A copy of the 2017 BAML Conference Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
