ITEM  7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 16, 2015, Easterly Government Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the acquisition of a 137,671 square foot U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services property in Lincoln, Nebraska. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”).
