By letter dated June 11, 2008, the Company reported that it has acquired 1,965,100 shares of Brasilagro Compañía Brasileira de Propiedades Agricolas. Therefore, the Company increased its participation in 3.3636 %.

After this acquisition, the Company’s interest in Brasilagro reached 14.37%.
