Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 7, 2006, Javier Jimenez, our Vice President and General Manager, Europe, informed us he is resigning from his position to spend more time with his family. Mr. Jimenez’s resignation will be effective January 15, 2007. We have initiated a search for a replacement Vice President and General Manager for our European operations.
