Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 11, 2006, the Company announced that it had entered into a licensing arrangement with Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. to include Moody’s rating and research in the Company’s subscription based service. A copy of the Company’s press release dated December 11, 2006 announcing this event is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
