Item 7.01     Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 20, 2009, Tasty Baking Company issued a press release announcing that it moved into new corporate headquarters.  A copy of the press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.  The information disclosed in Item 7.01 of this Report, including Exhibit 99.1 hereto, is being furnished and shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, nor shall it be incorporated by reference into any registration statement or other document filed under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any other document filed with the SEC, except as specifically set forth in such document.

On April 20, 2009, Tasty Baking Company announced that it moved into new corporate headquarters located at Three Crescent Drive, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19112 in the Philadelphia Navy Yard Corporate Center.
