Item 7.01.
Regulation FD Disclosure

On August 12, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing that WBRZ News 2, a television news station located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, televised a segment describing that the herpes simplex viral load was reduced by 99.9% in in-vitro studios by Company drug candidates.  The segment went on to describe the studies’ findings and projected plans of future drug development.
