Condition
On
October 23, 2007 the Company issued a press release announcing financial results
for the quarter and year to date ended September 30, 2007 and a $0.06 per share
dividend. The dividend will be paid on November 16, 2007 to
shareholders of record at the close of business November 2, 2007. A
copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current Report
on
Form 8-K.
