On June 1, 2006, Fossil, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that on June 6, 2006, Kosta N. Kartsotis, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Mike L. Kovar, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will be presenting an overview of the Company’s business model, growth strategies and financial highlights at the 26^th Annual Piper Jaffray Consumer Conference in New York, New York.
