On November 30, 2005, Synopsys, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the results of operations for its fiscal year and fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2005. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing such results dated November 30, 2005 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
