Alty van Luijt, a member of Digimarc Corporation’s board of directors, resigned from the Company’s board of directors effective October 4, 2005. Mr. van Luijt’s resignation was not based on a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
