Regulation FD Disclosure

On February 28, 2006 at approximately 1:10 p.m. Eastern Time, the Company's Co-President and Chief Financial Officer, R. Scott Turicchi, will speak at the Jefferies 2nd Annual Internet Conference. As part of this presentation, the Company is affirming its financial guidance for the first quarter of fiscal 2006 and financial outlook for fiscal year 2006, which it issued on February 6, 2006, during its fourth quarter and year-end 2005 earnings conference call.
